Community Living Services Program

Centers in the West Virginia Independence Network offer consumers a chance to gain or maintain their independence both in the home, and their communities.

What Is the Community Living Services Program?

The Community Living Services Program (CLSP) assists individuals with disabilities to function more independently in their homes and communities. WIN centers provide access to resources, technology, vendors, and equipment to people living with disabilities in West Virginia.

Why CLSP?

Centers in the West Virginia Independence Network enable West Virginians with disabilities to return to or remain in their own homes and communities. CLSP services reduce the need for expensive assisted living facilities, and empower consumers through the feedom of self-determination.
